The agreed age of the earth by scientist is 4.5 billion years old and that means we evolve since then till today. The body we have today took a great amount of time to evolve and to perfect itself. We are in fact a spiritual being having a physical experience and our soul energy never dies as it is always transforming from form to form.

Everything around us and including us are made out of energy. If you go further to know more about energy under the Laws of Thermodynamics, its first law state that energy can be transferred from one system to another in many forms. Also, it can not be created or destroyed. Thus, the total amount of energy available in the Universe is constant. Einstein's famous equation (written below) describes the relationship between energy and matter:

E = mc²

With this understanding I came to realize the fact that “I” never die. This “I” is the soul energy transforming from form to form and in the process it accumulates information (karma) with it and this process of transformation is known as reincarnation.

The Law of Attraction is responsible for “putting” us in the right place and the right time every single moment without fail. When we are born, we are allocated to the family, the environment that best match us. When we pass away from the previous life we have our accumulated soul energy from that previous life and before and at the moment of departure with our physical body the allocation of our soul to the most appropriated body took place immediately as fast as the blink of an eye by the law of attraction and there we have a new beginning of life that never die.

So who we are now are made up of our past life as well as our current life that we have live till today. All this has help shape our beliefs, values and habits thus forming our character. There is a quote that I really like and it says "Men do not attract that which they want, but that which they are." by James Allen. It is who we are that is attracting the happenings around us. It has to be inner out and not outer in.

There for knowing what makes us who we are today is really important as this understanding holds the key to unlock the future that we want.

Now let us start exploring the formula that make ourself!
