All Men Seek One Goal

All men seek one goal; success or happiness. The only way to achieve true success is to express yourself completely in service in service to society. First, have a definite, clear, practical ideal - a goal, an objective. Second, have the necessary means to achieve your ends - wisdom, money, materials, and methods. Third, adjust your means to that end.

Aristotle, 384-322 B.C.

How to increase your level of self confident and belief?

The more you believe that you can have the things that you want in your life the faster you are going to attract and achieve it. Doubt about it will cause the things you want to come to you slower. Majority of the people have some degree of doubt in their mind and this is mostly due to our up bringing in life as a kid and our experiences.

The younger a child is the easier and faster they learn. This is due to the reason that they don’t have fear of failure in them when they learn and they just know that they are going to learn.

So how can you increase your level of self confident and belief? Actually is very easy and all you need to do is just 3 things.

1. Never say "it impossible or it can’t be done"
2. Give sincere praises to yourself and accept the praises of others
3. See the good in others and sincerely praise them

My Personal Realization on the Law of Attraction

After learning and practicing deliberate attraction with the proper understanding of the Law of Attraction for more then a year (since July 19 2006) on a daily basis, I personally found out that at the end of the day there is just ONE most important aspect that allow some people to live their dream and the rest to struggle for the rest of their life and that is non other then The State of Thought Vibration (Mental Attitude either positive or negative) that an individual habitually hold on a daily basis towards the internal and external stimuli (past, present and the future) and our feelings (conscious awareness of the vibration) is an indicator to the state of thought vibration we hold at any given moment in time. Surprisingly this habitual state of vibration is what I personally know as karma, the fluctuation of it is the Spirit and where by the nature of it is the Soul. "Men do not attract that which they want, but that which they are." James Allen.

In order to improve our state of vibration to the state of abundant or the level that we desire that will eventually bring us closer to our intention we will need to learn. We need to learn to focus our attention on our intention and also to let go of our attachment to the expected outcome of our intention. Also we must have faith in our abilities and also to the ability of the Universe / Sum of all mind / GOD etc that our intention will definitely be achieved! 100%!

A daily practice which one can perform is by the act of sincere giving and also to have faith with every outcome that with it include the seed of greatness that is leading you towards your goals and intentions in life. There is a power in giving and that is receiving. As the wise one says “the more you give, the even more you get”. Giving is also receiving and is just a matter of perception and point of view. When you give something to someone, that someone that you give is actually receiving and in the same time with your intention of sincere giving you are experiencing the receiving as well and the greater you felt about the receiving by the others the more you have the potential to receive (potential positive samsara). But if you expect and attach to the receiving portion then you limit yourself to the expected amount and sometime to the outcome that you doubted it due to your degree of attachment to it (potential negative samsara).
When you have faith towards every single outcome you directly unlock the greatness in every single event and the cumulative of it will lead you to your greatest dream! As Buddha once said "Suddenness is an illusion".

The Secret Testimony

I was ask by a friend of mine who introduce me to the movie The Secret last year June to write a testimony for the coming Saturday movie screening and discussion on the Law of Attraction in Subang Jaya 3k Complex and here is what I have said:

“Since a year ago, I was introduced to the Secret by a good friend of mine and after watching it for the very first time my life started to change dramatically! It was said that “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear!” and now you have this very opportunity to be in touch with this magnificent knowledge not by chance but by your attraction. If you are ready for it let it inspire you towards your goals, be open towards it, believe it, have faith towards your desires & abilities (intentions) and the Secret will work wonders to bring about your dreams to reality!”

The Psychology Of Emotions, Feelings and Thoughts

This book puts forth the idea that life is divided into three groups, emotion, thinking, and feeling. These three groups make humans feel in certain ways, thinking, physical stimulus, and emotion all contribute to feeling.

But what is the difference between a thought, an emotion, and a feeling? Is there an overlap between the three? Probably, since any emotion can be broken down into the sensations and real events that caused it, and these events all lead to emotions, feelings and thoughts. So emotions, feelings and thoughts all might have the same source, they are just expressed differently in the mind. Where do your emotions, feelings and thoughts rate on a scale of clarity? Where do they rate on a scale of focus and attention? How does understanding the psychology of ones emotions, feelings and thoughts lead to a long term increased consciousness?

Feelings and Emotions (2)

Emotion is the activity of Feeling directed into a Mental Concept

Therefore Feeling give rise to Emotion and the conscious awareness of vibration (fluctuation of soul energy [known as Spirit] generated when the mind is thinking) is Feeling.

Everything vibrates, nothing rests (The Law of Vibration). Conscious awareness of vibration is feeling. How do you feel? Your thoughts control your paradigms and your vibrations. When you are not feeling good, become aware of what you are thinking, then think of something pleasant. Remember again, Vibration or the law of attraction in the thought world. We really do live in an ocean of motion. This truly contains the great secret of life. You are always moving toward something and it is always moving toward you… it’s action and attraction. This is where your intuitive factor is used (or should be). You can use it to pick up other people’s vibrations. When you consciously become aware of vibrations, you call them feelings.

When you feel bad, you can change your feelings by thinking good thoughts. When you pick up a bad feeling from another person…you know they must be thinking disturbing thoughts. You must not let their negative vibrations affect your way of thinking.

Your thoughts are vibrations that you send off into the universe. When you concentrate, the vibrations are stronger. Your thoughts are cosmic waves of energy that penetrate all time and space (vibrations). Thought is the most potent vibration and remember that you can think…that makes you a very special creation (God’s greatest masterpiece).

You should always be delighted with yourself. (All creation begins in thought.) Your thought controls the vibration your physical body is in. Disease is a body that is not at ease. Health is a body at ease

Feelings and Emotions (1)

You may be somewhat confused about the difference between feelings and emotions and dictionaries are of not much help either. Therefore, I like to define the terms commonly associated with the world of feelings as they are used in this book.

'Feelings' in a general sense, are what we may feel in any part of our body. These may be simple body sensations, such as hot or cold, pain, a touch or else they may be feelings associated with emotions, such as love or hate, joy or anger.

Feelings generated by mechanical or chemical means, commonly from the outside will be called 'body sensations' or simply 'sensations'.

'Emotions', on the other hand, are feelings or reactions about someone or something, and usually involving our ego. We are angry about someone, afraid of something, in love with someone. These emotions may be directly felt in the body or we may just react strongly with thoughts or verbal displays originating from our head.

This means, we may have a strong reaction without actually being aware of a feeling in the body. We may even smash something in anger without feeling the energy of the anger itself in our body. I call this 'cold anger', a strong emotion without feeling.

A 'feeling' is the inner body experience that we have if we can directly feel the energy associated with an emotion. However, we may also deliberately produce feelings as in meditation and feel and radiate love or compassion to our planet or humanity or groups or individuals. I do not regard these as emotions.

Another group of feelings are associated with energy flows within the body that we may experience during meditation, guided imagery, bodywork or other forms of healing. We may experience a part of our body become warm or tingling or notice pleasant streamings in the pelvic area, we may also feel our muscles being tense or relaxed, our head being clear or congested.

Another possibility is a dispassionate feeling about something in an impartial judgement. At a crossroad, for instance, we may feel a preference for one road over the other. In most instances, however, this is not a proper body feeling but an intuition or hunch, which remains just a brain affair.

'Moods' are generalised feelings usually beyond our conscious control, and often with a somewhat negative connotation. 'Sentiments' are more tender feelings but usually about something and may then be grouped with the emotions. 'Desires', too, are about 'something' and, therefore, emotions. 'Passions' are generally regarded as strongly felt and expressed emotions.

Earlier I mentioned the 'ego'. I regard the ego as the self-centred, self-preserving and individualising part of our overall personality. Generally, the ego causes us to react 'emotionally' from suppressed feelings instead of with direct feelings appropriate for the situation at hand.

3 - What is Succcess?

Everyone want and talk about success. What is success anyway? Everyone tend to see it their own way and some even compare it with others. Lets see what success really is...

Earl Nightingale's famous motto: "Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal." That's a process definition which I live by.

Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill that "Success is the power to get whatever one desires in life, without violating the rights of others."

John Maxwell is right when he says that "Success is not a destination, but rather a journey." Maxwell has this to offer:

Success is . . .
knowing your purpose in life,
growing to reach your maximum potential,
and sowing seeds that benefit others.

We are born with a default path, but that path can be change if we so want it...
Definition: [Default]: An option that is selected automatically unless an alternative is specified

> Life is a journey, enjoy the ride...

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Earl Nightingale

Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.

We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we’ve established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile.

The key that unlocks energy is “Desire.” It’s also the key to a long and interesting life. If we expect to create any drive, any real force within ourselves, we have to get excited.

The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else. Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember, jobs are owned by the company; you own your career!

Your life is controlled by your thoughts. Your thoughts are controlled by your goals.

Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal.

Our attitude toward life determines life’s attitude towards us.
